Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, write to me at ayushi@gidori.in. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — we will not be able to accept them.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me immediately at ayushi@gidori.in so I can make it right.

Exchanges

We are an exchange-first brand. If you have received the wrong size, write to me at ayushi@gidori.in and I will personally help you find the right fit. Exchanges are the fastest way to get what you need.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, write to me at ayushi@gidori.in.
