Gidori operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Gidori is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Gidori makes every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colours may appear differently on screen depending on your device settings and configuration. We do not warrant that product appearance will exactly match what is shown on our store.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available to any person or region.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Gidori reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until Gidori confirms acceptance and processes your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Gidori may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Gidori currently ships across India. We self-fulfil every order with care. Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is transferred to the carrier.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. We operate a 7-day return policy and encourage exchanges for sizing issues. Write to ayushi@gidori.in for all return and exchange requests.

Gidori is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Gidori. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Gidori. By using the Services, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases with Gidori.
