Shipping policy

Where we ship

Gidori currently ships across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch time

We self-fulfil every order with care. Current dispatch time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, write to me at ayushi@gidori.in and I will personally look into it.

Wrong address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Gidori is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact me immediately at ayushi@gidori.in with your order number and I will resolve it.
